Ayas Renewables, Inc.

Ayas converts byproducts from vegetable and tallow processing, including biorenewable fuel production, into affordable BioRenewable Chemicals.

Research & Development

Our Chief Technology Officer won the US Presidential Green Chemistry Award, which is the highest award from the EPA, for his work on glycerin to PG technology.

Our proprietary process has advanced from a 1st generation liquid-phase process to a proven 2nd generation vapor phase process.

Our process costs are the lowest as we focus on low-temperature and low-pressure ranges without the use of hazardous acids and exotic catalysts thereby enabling lowest CAPEX and OPEX in the industry.

Our products are drop-in, plug-in-play replacements for petrochemicals and cost the same or less.

Commercially Applied

We apply our R&D to real world solutions where sustainability is needed.

We have experience successfully scaling novel processes from bench to pilot to commercial.

Our team includes both leading research & development scientists as well as experienced operators and managers who have built successful companies.

We are building our first plant and have completed FEL-2 engineering at our Gulf Coast site.

To the extent legally permissible and market available, Ayas seeks to use diverse owner suppliers, including suppliers owned by women, minorities, and people with disabilities.

Our proprietary processes take waste streams and oproducts from food and vegetable processing, including by products from renewable fuel production,to make drop-in biorenewable hemicals that cost the same or less.

“Ayas offers the first renewable product that we’ve found that does not require a change in our process or cost more.” CTO, Fortune 500 Customer chemicals that cost the same or less.
